For those of you who celebrate the upcoming U.S. Independence Day, enjoy the holiday. For those who don't but who get a long weekend anyway, enjoy the long weekend. For those for whom this is just a standard issue weekend, enjoy the standard issue weekend. For those we've missed in all of the above categories, please accept our general feelings of well-being which we are directing toward you right now (not in a psychic way, mind you).

We have a lot of irons in the Ranting fire right now, notably the recent happenings at the Supreme Court (the Ten Commandments decisions, the file sharing decision, eminent domain, and O'Connor's retirement). With any luck, we'll get our post on the Ten Commandments decisions up over the weekend.

Other than that, we'll likely have somewhat sporadic access to the site through the weekend, so try not to wreck up the place while we're out.
