Skeptics' Circle #29 and Carnival of the Godless #35
2006.03.06 (Mon) 11:57
The twenty-ninth edition of the Skeptics' Circle was published on Thursday for your perusal over at The Huge Entity. This edition is chock full of good posts, including Phil Plait's piece on the continued attack on science in the United States, EoR's well-researched post on yet another unscrupulous asshat claiming to cure cancer through the magic of medical quackery, and Lord Runolfr's post on psychic "involvement" in the case of the missing show dog (yet another in the seemingly infinite "...and people actually buy this crap?" series). Check out the skeptical goodness!
In addition, the thirty-fifth edition of the Carnival of the Godless went live yesterday at JodyWheeler.com. We haven't had time to check out the posts yet, but we're looking forward to relaxing with a glass of mulled wine in front of a warm monitor later tonight and catching up.
